The Written In The Stars Conference is moving this year to the Wyndham Garden Hotel in Shreveport, LA. A block of rooms is being held for attendees at the special rate of $92/night. Details on how to reserve your room will be posted soon.

Attendees may purchase up to two guest tickets for friends or spouses to attend the Meet & Greet on Friday and the Awards Luncheon on Saturday, so long as such guests are not members of RWA. Guest Tickets for these events are $50 each. If you wish to purchase guest tickets, please indicate the guests’ name on the space indicated:

Registration includes: Admission to all workshops, a copy of available handouts, and attendance at all conference meals and functions.

Your registration is not considered complete until BOTH the payment and registration form are received.

Cancellations may be made up to January 29th for a full refund minus a $20 handling fee.

Cancellations made after that date and prior to February 26th, will receive a 50% refund.

No refunds for cancellations made on or after February 26th except for extraordinary circumstances, such circumstances to be approved by the NOLA STARs Executive Board.
